CC House

Residential

Querétaro.

2024

Located in the city of Querétaro, CC House is a residential project designed to balance outdoor living with spaces ideal for relaxing, working, and socializing with friends.

The design is distinguished by open, luminous, and interconnected spaces, where two patios with fountains are key for the project. The first patio, located next to the garage, offers a private access and provides its residents a warm and welcoming entry. The second patio, situated at the heart of the house, becomes an intimate relaxation space and the focal point of the project.

As part of the studio's commitment to sustainability, the house incorporates bioclimatic design strategies complemented by renewable energy solutions, such as solar panels and solar water heaters.

In the landscaping design, the lateral restrictions of the plot were used to create a setting with local species. Meanwhile, the traditional garden, which was a must, was limited to the back of the house, aligning with a water conservation strategy that balances aesthetics and functionality.
